For today's cook I am testing out 4 different types of compound butters. I want to find out which butter we like best.  At the same time it is time for a good old prank on my friends. I threw a curve ball on this episode for you guys and to my surprise my curve ball did not work very well.

* 1 tbsp cup parsley
* 1 tbsp cup onion
* 1 tbsp Worcestershire
* 2 cloves garlic
* 1/2 lemon

= ANCHOVIES BUTTER =
* 8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
* 1 anchovy
* 3 garlic
* Salt n Pepper to taste

= WINE BUTTER =
* 2 cup of wine
* 1 tbsp parsley
* 1 tbsp onion
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1/2 lemon
* 1/2 lemon zest
* 2 tbsp butter (to cook)
* 8 tbsp butter (1 stick to mix)

= BIG MAC BUTTER =

* 8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
