View source for Internet Facing Relays

There are certain configuration settings that should be set for Internet Facing Relays.

* Make sure you also disable the relay diagnostics page: _BESRelayDiagnostics_Enable = 1
* Enabling client authentications for the relays is a good idea too!
* Use the Failover setting to assign a client to a failover relay.
