When working with dangerous tools, we try to use focus and attention to minimize the risk.

But it's always a good idea to plan for an accident.

This is why a shop should ALWAYS have a good First-Aid kit.

Because a wood working shop deals with lots of VERY sharp tools, many of which are spinning at high speed, a tourniquet is HIGHLY recommended.
