IBM BigFix Relay Optimization in Large Environments

The default recommendation from IBM is to plan for Relays to support no more than 1000 clients each. In order to provide a resilient environment that can remain functional with the loss of a Relay, they actually recommend planning for no more than 800 clients per Relay.
