Issue
The Island currently has limited sleeping opportunities. As our Families grow up, there will be an increasing need for more capacity on the Island.
Problems
As the number of people on the Island increases, there is an matching increase on the load on the septic system. There have been very interesting improvements in composting toilets in the last few years, so that might be a possible solution that allows us to avoid having to install large septic systems.
