Sous Vide Compound Butter Experiment

For today's cook I am testing out 4 different types of compound butters. I want to find out which butter we like best. At the same time it is time for a good old prank on my friends. I threw a curve ball on this episode for you guys and to my surprise my curve ball did not work very well.

Make butter with the Churn

HERBS BUTTER

  • 8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
  • 1 tbsp cup parsley
  • 1 tbsp cup onion
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Salt n Pepper to taste

ANCHOVIES BUTTER

  • 8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
  • 1 anchovy
  • 3 garlic
  • Salt n Pepper to taste

WINE BUTTER

  • 2 cup of wine
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp butter (to cook)
  • 8 tbsp butter (1 stick to mix)

BIG MAC BUTTER

  • 1/2 Big Mac
  • 8 tbsp butter (1 stick)
