Egg Bacon Cheese

He cooks the bacon in a pan with water in it. I assume this is to limit the initial heat applied to the bacon. Need to test this some morning.

Bun gets toasted in the bacon grease remaining in the pan.

He then cooks three scrambled eggs and "swirles" or "spins" the pan under the egg to swirl the egg rather than whipping it around.

He then melts the cheese on top of the egg when it's on the bun.
